About This Tour
This tour combines the best of cycling, culture, and adventure across two countries. The updated itinerary features a scenic countryside loop in Vang Vieng and Luang Prabang, plus a ride on the high-speed train between the two, giving you time for optional adventures like ziplining, kayaking, and hot air ballooning. Your journey begins in Bangkok and leads north along quiet, safe roads through rural Thailand toward the Mekong River. From there, cross into Laos and cycle through constantly changing landscapes — rice fields, orchards, small mountain villages, and dramatic limestone scenery. Ride through the laid-back capital Vientiane, continue past the impressive Nam Ngum Lake, and reach the adventure hotspot Vang Vieng, before travelling by high-speed train to the UNESCO World Heritage city of Luang Prabang.
